
Refund and Returns Policy

At JinoBabyMilk, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and easy-to-follow Refund and Returns policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Items: If we have sent the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no additional cost.

Unopened and Unused Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used baby milk products.
- Products that have been damaged or tampered with after receipt.
- Custom or personalized products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you return instructions, including an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, if applicable.

Package the Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that came with the product.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping fees) for eligible returns. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, you may return the original item according to our return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
